This free consultation is designed to provide personalized advice, answer your concerns, and help you make informed decisions about your maternity care. Cancellation Policy
We’re honored you’re considering Kindroot Doula Collective to walk with you through one of life’s most sacred seasons. To ensure you receive the care, attention, and preparation you deserve, we’ve outlined the following booking policy: ✨ Booking Process: Free 30-Minute Consultation: We begin with a virtual meet-and-greet to ensure we’re a great fit. Booking Confirmation: To reserve your spot, a signed service agreement and a 50% non-refundable deposit are required. Final Payment: The remaining balance is due by 37 weeks gestation, or 2 weeks before your estimated due date, whichever comes first. Payment plans are available upon request. On-Call Period: Your doula will be on-call and available for 24/7 support starting at 37 weeks gestation until your baby is born.
